12 Month program – each month:
Small Group Workshop & coaching sessions
(either 8.30am – 12pm or 1pm – 4.30pm)
Limited to 12 participants

| 10.45am – 11.45am | Mentoring /Coaching – discussion of personal issues & challenges in business by participants |
| 11.45am – 12.00 noon | Allocation of monthly project assignment/s Distribution of book/MP3 resource for the month Confirmation of next meeting date |
Support Resources:
The program will be supported by monthly comprehensive session notes and learning journal.
Each month participants will receive a book or MP3 resource as part of their learning package.
TRAINING SESSIONS
The following topics will be covered over the 12 month period:
Monthly Follow-Up
In addition to the monthly training & coaching workshop, participants will develop personal action plans; and receive project assignment, a resouce book or MP3 file and ongoing email contact and support as required.
A Women In Management website has also been established to encourage on-going networking, provide articles and resources and notification of special events.
About Candy Tymson
THE PROGRAM’S TRAINER & MENTOR
CANDY TYMSON will run all training workshops and provide coaching support as needed, and will be responsible for the overall facilitation and management of the program.
Candy has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Coaching from Sydney University. She has more than 25 years managerial experience firstly operating a public relations consultancy for 10 years with clients such as Apple Computer, Telstra and CSIRO and more recently as an internationally accredited professional speaker and trainer, specialising in business communication and gender differences. Candy has had extensive business experience, working at all levels, and most areas of industry.
She is the co-author of the Australian & NZ Public Relations Manual, now in its fifth edition and the recognised textbook in universities and colleagues in both countries since 1986; and author of Gender Games: Doing Business with the Opposite Sex.
Candy is a Fellow of both the Public Relations and Marketing Institutes of Australia, an Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a former Lady Mayoress of Sydney.
